Central Illinois Dumpster Rental Agreement.
ATTENTION - We are having to charge a temporary fuel recovery fee of $20.00. as of 3-9-22 due to the current fuel market.
ATTENTION- We do charge a convenience fee of 3.5% when using any credit or debit card.
Thank you for renting a roll off dumpster from us. This document was designed to make your rental as efficient and cost effective as possible. Please read the entire document prior to signing, as it is a contract.
If you have any questions regarding this agreement, please contact us at (217-899-4442) Customer must prepay rental and sign contract prior to delivery unless otherwise discussed. Roll offs will be delivered to your project site. Customer must have a space cleared, marked and accessible for roll off delivery and pick-up. The designated space must be clear of power lines, telephone lines, trees, etc. If we cannot deliver or pick-up the roll off, you will be charged a $75 trip fee.
RENTAL:Customer will have X amount of days to fill the container. If filled prior to the end of the rental and customer requires a replacement, an empty container will be provided if available, however, a new rental cycle will begin.
If maximum container weights are exceeded an additional $75.00 per ton fee will be applied. ACCEPTABLE MATERIALS:Construction and Demolition Debris, building materials related to remodeling, construction or demolition of a building and/or structure including but not limited to: lumber, sheetrock, carpet, windows, doors, scrap iron and (painting supplies dry material only). House hold garbage. Roofing shingles: (300 pounds per square single layer roof.) Calculate weight per dumpster size. Excessive overfill/weight will result in overage charges of an additional $75.00 per ton. NO AMOUNT OF: ROCK, CONCRETE, BLOCKS OR DIRT unless previously discussed. UNACCEPTABLE MATERIALS: Tires, batteries or any liquids. Any hazardous material including but not limited to: asbestos containing materials, paints, solvents, septic tank pumping, sludge, dead animals, medical waste, TV's, Refrigerators, freezers, microwaves, stoves are strictly prohibited. You may be subject to fines based on the quantity, origin and level of contamination of unacceptable materials. Customer is fully responsible for the contents of the container and is the rightful owner of the contents until the contents are accepted without protest by the respective disposal facility. In the event that contents, which are not allowed by this contract are disposed of in the rented container, customer will be liable for all costs, fines, penalties and/or any other action taken for disposal. Costs may include but not limited to cleanup, monitoring, testing, legal fees, penalties, and/or any additional charges arising from depositing unauthorized contents into the dumpster. CHARGES:Charges are based on debris going to Sangamon Valley landfill. If debris is determined that it must go to a lined landfill, the difference in dumping fees will be passed on to the customer. This is determined by ensuring that none of the unacceptable materials are placed in the rented container. CONTENTS:All contents shall remain within the confines of the container. Contents must not exceed the top or sides of the container. Additional charges may apply if container is overfilled. Every attempt shall be taken to disperse the weight within the container equally. If using equipment to load the container, do not move or damage the container. Additional charges will apply for damages to the container. Customer agrees to obtain all necessary permits and ensure that all ordinances and laws are observed in accordance with the use of the equipment. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES:During the container rental, customer will retain, care for, and control the container contents. Customer will indemnify and hold harmless Central Illinois Dumpster, its owners, employees, of any damage or injury to persons or property while container is in the customer’s possession and until its contents are disposed of and processed.
